It's that type of weather where we're all doubting outfit choices (is this gonna be to warm? Should I wear more layers or no? It's probably handy to take a scarf in my bag just in case...).Oh well, the regular drama's when slowly converting yr wardrobe from winter to spring!
Today I met up with my friend Balda from Vegan Delis for a 30 min shopping trip to Primark and dinner (check out my new finds later this week!). This outfit is comfortable with a little edge. LOVE the leather vest and of course my Zara coat... almost time to zip that baby up and put it away till next winter! (or fall... or a chilly evening in spring....)

Brix & Nature

Found this cool hot-spot in downtown Amsterdam (9 streets) with international allure and live Jazz music every Sunday: Cafe Brix. The place looks like a cool nyc lower east side hang out, with brick walls and amazing art (that you can buy if interested). Something I particularly appreciate are the free art magazines and other interesting reading material they have lying around. A relaxing place to rest the bones after searching for deer at the Dutch country side! (I found a big herd but was so stunned by their beauty that I totally forgot to take pictures.. epic fail). Hope you had a great weekend! xx

Sometimes you take a closer look at your latest shopping finds, only to discover a trending theme or color. I'm totally into the orange and gold tones, who knew?! I can't wait to wear my crisp white oxford blouse with some gold jewelery, high waist shorts and these cute orange ballerina shoes and matching orange nails. Fast forward to summer plz... xx

A glimpse of Antwerp

 

The wonderful thing about living in Europe is that we have all these cool city's surrounding us that are so easily accessible and relatively inexpensive to get to. Antwerp is a great example. So romantic and full of  history. And the food... (sigh)
